MDT Annual Maintenance Services contain updates of MDT products as well as technical support. They are provided for one year from date of purchase. The Annual Maintenance Services are sold exclusively along with MDT products like MDT Professional Edition and MDT SW5 Support Plug-in and must be purchased with each product license. The use of MDT products is only possible with active MDT Annual Maintenance Services.
Renewal of MDT Annual Maintenance Services
The pro forma invoice for the renewal of MDT Annual Maintenance Services will be generated automatically and sent to you via email. If you do not receive the pro forma invoice, please contact our sales department by sending an email to sales@mdt.net. Once the payment is completed, MDT Annual Maintenance Services for your MDT products will be automatically renewed for another year.
In case you decide to not renew MDT Annual Maintenance Services, your MDT product licenses will stop working and access to updates and support services will be suspended. If you later decide to renew MDT Annual Maintenance Services, please contact our sales department at sales@mdt.net in order to find a solution. Please note that the MDT Annual Maintenance Services fee guarantees further improvement of MDT products.
